Terms of Service

These terms govern use of map.pathfacts.com and related services provided by [PathFacts legal entity]. Where your company has signed an order form or master agreement with us, that agreement governs and these terms fill only the gaps it leaves.

1. Accounts

[Accounts are for named individuals at a customer company. Credentials may not be shared. The customer is responsible for activity under its accounts and for promptly removing people who leave.]

2. Acceptable use

[No scraping or bulk export beyond the plan's limits, no attempts to defeat access controls or rate limits, no reverse engineering, no use to build a competing dataset. Security research is welcome under the disclosure policy on the Security page.]

3. Customer data

[The customer owns the data it uploads. PathFacts processes it only to provide the service, under the Data Processing Addendum where one is signed.]

4. Reports and analysis

[Line-of-sight verdicts, profiles and reports are estimates from public terrain, canopy and structure data and are not a substitute for a field survey. Counsel to set the reliance and warranty language.]

5. Orders, fees and payment

[Pricing per the price book or order form; invoice terms; taxes; renewal.]

6. Availability and support

[Commercially reasonable efforts; scheduled maintenance; support contact. Any service-level commitment lives in the order form.]

7. Confidentiality

[Mutual confidentiality obligations.]

8. Warranties and disclaimers

9. Limitation of liability
